How QuickJack Works

Lift the entire vehicle at the push of a button.

QuickJack uses two portable lifting frames connected to a hydraulic power unit. Position the frames at the manufacturer's recommended lifting points, raise the vehicle and lower the frames onto the mechanical safety locks before beginning work.

Position

Place the frames and lifting blocks at the vehicle manufacturer's recommended lifting points.

Raise

Use the pendant control to operate the hydraulic power unit and raise both frames.

Lock

Lower the frames onto the mechanical safety locks before working beneath the vehicle.

Get to Work

With the wheels off the ground and the center of the vehicle open, you're ready for the job.

Questions people ask before buying QuickJack

Which QuickJack model should I buy?

Start with your vehicle's curb weight, tire spread, lifting-point spread and ground clearance. Those measurements help determine both the lifting capacity and frame length you need. Use the QuickJack Measuring Guide before choosing a model.

What's the difference between TL, TLX and ELX?

The primary difference is frame length and lifting-point reach. Current TL models accommodate up to a 60-inch lifting-point spread, TLX models up to 66 inches and the 6000ELX up to 76 inches. Measure your vehicle before deciding that a longer frame is necessary.

Can I choose a QuickJack based on my vehicle make and model?

Vehicle dimensions can vary by year, trim and configuration, so QuickJack recommends measuring the actual vehicle you plan to lift rather than relying only on a vehicle list. Start with the Measuring Guide.

How high does QuickJack lift?

Current 6000TL, 6000TLX, 8000TL, 8000TLX and 6000ELX models provide approximately 24 inches or more of maximum lifting height depending on model and lifting configuration. The 3500SLX has a lower maximum height. See the full specifications for exact measurements.

Does QuickJack need to be bolted to the floor?

No permanent installation or anchor bolts are required. QuickJack is designed as a portable lifting system. Always use it on a suitable surface and follow the setup and operating requirements in the owner's manual.

Is QuickJack difficult to set up?

Initial setup includes preparing the fittings, pressurizing the air cylinders, preparing the hydraulic power unit and completing the required final checks. Follow the official QuickJack Setup Guide and owner's manual before operating the lift.

Can I use QuickJack with an SUV or truck?

QuickJack can accommodate many trucks and SUVs when vehicle weight, lifting-point spread, ground clearance and the required lifting adapters fall within the specifications of the selected model. Measure the specific vehicle and check accessory compatibility before purchasing.
