Measure Your Vehicle
A longer QuickJack isn't automatically better. The goal is to choose the frame that properly reaches your vehicle's approved lifting points.
The standard-length QuickJack frame is the right starting point for most passenger vehicles, sports cars and many trucks and SUVs.
TLX frames add 6 inches of reach for vehicles with longer lifting-point spreads while retaining the portability that defines QuickJack.
The longest QuickJack frame is designed for vehicles with lifting points positioned significantly farther apart, including certain long-wheelbase EVs.

Some vehicles — including certain electric vehicles — have lifting points spread farther apart than a TLX frame can accommodate.
With a 6,000-lb. lifting capacity, 76-inch maximum lift-point spread and 86.75-inch overall frame length, the 6000ELX gives QuickJack significantly more reach for exceptionally long applications.
That extra reach expands the range of vehicles that can benefit from a portable lift without requiring a permanently installed two-post or four-post lift.
TLX and ELX models aren't replacements or upgrades for standard TL models. Each QuickJack portable car lift is designed around a different range of vehicle dimensions.
If a standard TL reaches all four approved lifting points on your vehicle, moving to a longer frame doesn't provide an inherent advantage.
Longer frames are useful when your vehicle's lifting points require the additional reach. They can also be less suitable for shorter-wheelbase vehicles, which is why measuring before purchasing is so important.
The best QuickJack is the model whose capacity, lifting-point range and ground-clearance requirements match the vehicles you actually plan to lift.
