Get answers to some of the most common questions about
QuickJack portable car lifts, vehicle fitment, operation,
storage and more.
01
Do you have any promos or discounts available?
(QuickJack coupons, QuickJack promos, QuickJack deals)
From time to time, we run promotions or specials.
For the most part, however, the price you see online
is the lowest price available. We recommend taking
advantage of any QuickJack offers you see. Still,
these deals are not going to make or break your
budget, so if you've been waiting 6 months to
buy a portable car lift,
do it when the work calls for it, because the peace
of mind you get working with a lift is where you'll
see real savings.
02
Can I get a military discount?
We offer a military discount for active service
members and honorable veterans with valid military
ID. If you think you qualify, just reach out to
QuickJack sales. And from
all of us here, thank you so much for your service
to our country!
03
Which QuickJack model works for my vehicle?
We hear this question a lot, but the answer depends
on so many factors that it's hard to answer without
seeing your car. So, we created this
measuring guide
to help you determine which QuickJack model is
appropriate for your vehicles. Those two minutes
you'll spend measuring could make all the difference.
04
Does QuickJack operate with an air compressor?
An air compressor is not necessary to operate
QuickJack. The portable power unit is electric over
hydraulic and contains a built-in flow divider that
ensures equal fluid pressure is given to both
cylinders. No air required. There is a secondary
"air spring" cylinder that helps QuickJack lower
smoothly to the ground when there is no weight on
the frames. This cylinder needs to be filled to
40-50 psi during setup and rarely needs to be
refilled.
05
Any plans to make QuickJack lift more weight?
The best thing about QuickJack is that it's portable.
After 8,000 lbs., heavy-duty trucks and diesels take
a leap into extremely heavy territory, and there's
just no way to make a portable lift that can raise
that much weight.
This has the same issue as making a QuickJack that
can lift more weight. More lifting height would
inevitably add bulk to the lift. QuickJack would be
heavier and harder to move, and the product would
come at a much higher price. If you want a
heavier-duty option, our parent company
BendPak has every car lift
variety on the market.
07
Can I leave my vehicle stored on QuickJack?
As long as QuickJack's mechanical safety locks are
engaged, vehicles can be raised and stored
indefinitely.
08
Can the frames lift on a slight slope?
Anything greater than a 3-degree slope is not
considered safe. It is recommended that you always
use QuickJack on a flat surface.
09
Is it OK to use only one frame to lift?
No. Seriously, no.
QuickJack is designed to lift an entire vehicle with
both frames by engaging the OEM recommended lifting
points. Any attempt to alter this configuration could
be dangerous and will void your warranty.
