PRODUCT CONDITION

Both Open-Box and Refurbished units are backed by our standard product warranty. They have been carefully inspected, passed the QuickJack Certified process and include all original parts and accessories.

Both Open-Box and Refurbished units may show minor to moderate signs of shipping scuffs and scrapes or evidence of minor use from a previous user. These imperfections are cosmetic only and have no impact on performance or safety. All units are repackaged in original packaging.

If you can accept these sometimes visible flaws, you will realize substantial savings.

What is "Open Box" condition?

Includes products that have been opened or are slightly used. They are generally items used as floor displays, items opened or inspected due to periodic quality control measure, or products returned due to original transit complications (duplicate orders or order cancellations en-route).

What is "Refurbished" condition?

Previously-owned products that have been returned to QuickJack for various reasons. Typically, refurbished products are less than six months old and are refurbished to original specifications and functionality.

What is the warranty period for open box and refurbished items?

Warranty period for all Open Box and/or Refurbished items is 1 year on the structure and operating components. All products should be tested thoroughly when they are received. Be sure to read the warranty and return policy before you purchase one of these items.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Availability is limited to stock on hand. Based on the day and time the order is placed, stock status may be affected. Please check the stock status displayed at the time of checkout to ensure accuracy of your order. If you receive a backorder status, a QuickJack representative will write back to you within 24-48 hours to give you a projected time of delivery for your order.

Reduced pricing is available for all Open Box and Refurbished items. Open Box and/or Refurbished products include original or new packaging. All Open Box and/or Refurbished products are inspected for general condition and thoroughly tested to assure proper function. Products are then identified as Open Box and/or Refurbished when listed for sale.

Note: Open Box and/or Refurbished items may ship with minor scrapes and abrasions; however, every item has been thoroughly tested to meet and/or exceed specifications.
